		<description>Let me be up front and let everyone know I am part of the Shinsei family. I say family because that&#039;s how Soke wants his organization to be.

I just read an article in black belt magazine, where &quot;someone&quot; (who will remain nameless) suggests, &quot;if you want to be part of the select group of 300, we will grow physically, financially, and spiritually.... you are my family and my friends.  All members of this elite group must pay their $100/mo fee....&quot;

The time, tears, and sweat is payment enough. Growing in God and through God, while having an honorable instructor and coach is what&#039;s needed ~ not $100 to remain in good standing....

God&#039;s speed.

		<description>On the article, Are They Legit? Finding Christian Martial Arts Instructors

I truly enjoyed this article. I cannot agree more with Joseph on this issue. As head of the Dan Rank Promotion Board of Karate for Christ International, I have encountered my share of those, “paper mill master instructors” who, after being questioned, were unable to produce any legitimate certificate of their Dan rank promotion from the instructor or head of their respectful style or system of martial arts.

For any Christian who is looking to train under a legitimate “Christian Martial Arts Instructor,” such information as this - is indeed - invaluable.

Thanks you Joseph for putting the truth of the matter up front once again.
